Securities and investment advisory services are offered through MML Investors Services, LLC (MMLIS), member FINRA/SIPC. Trust services are provided through MassMutual Private Wealth & Trust, FSB, Tierney Wealth is not a subsidiary or affiliate of MML Investors Services, LLC, or its affiliated companies.

Federal law also gives consumers the right to limit certain types of sharing. This policy describes how Tierney Wealth collects, uses, and protects personal information both when we provide advisory services to clients and when visitors use our website. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Vercel Analytics provides us with aggregate, anonymized data about website traffic patterns.
We do not use third-party tracking pixels, advertising cookies, behavioral tracking tools, or social media tracking integrations. We do not build advertising profiles based on your browsing activity.
Protecting Your Information
Tierney Wealth takes commercially reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction in accordance with applicable law and industry standards. No internet-based system is completely secure. Please exercise caution in deciding what information you transmit electronically.
Tierney Wealth will never send you an email requesting your Social Security number, account passwords, or other sensitive credentials. If you receive a communication purporting to be from us that requests such information, please do not respond and contact us immediately to report it.
When personal information is no longer required for business or regulatory purposes, we take commercially reasonable steps to dispose of it securely, including shredding paper documents and destroying electronic media in a manner that prevents reconstruction.

Your California Privacy Rights
Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to:
Access: Request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources of that information, our business purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Deletion: Request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions required by law.
Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
Tierney Wealth does not sell personal information. We have not sold any personal information in the preceding twelve months.
To submit a verifiable consumer request, please contact us using the information at the end of this policy. You may submit a request for access or data portability up to twice within a 12-month period. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request. If we require additional time, we will notify you in writing.
Personal information excluded from the CCPA includes information covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Financial Privacy Notice (Regulation S-P)
Securities and investment advisory services offered through Tierney Wealth are provided through MML Investors Services, LLC (MMLIS), a broker-dealer and registered investment advisor, member FINRA/SIPC. As such, information shared in connection with securities and advisory services is subject to Regulation S-P under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
In the course of providing services, we collect nonpublic personal information from the following sources: information you provide on applications, forms, and in conversations; information about your transactions with us or others; and information we receive from consumer reporting agencies.
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about current or former clients to non-affiliated third parties, except as permitted or required by law. We may disclose information to companies that perform services on our behalf, to MMLIS and MassMutual Trust Company, N.A. in connection with services we provide, and as otherwise required by applicable law or regulation.
We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees, agents, and service providers who need the information to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable regulations to protect your information.
Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time at our discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify clients as required by applicable law. The effective date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last updated.
